We, the siblings Christine and Stephan Ehling, have realized in Achenkirch a dream
- our "idyll in the mountains"
- a place of retreat from everyday life.
Born in Bavaria - in beautiful Haag in Oberbayern, we also grew up not only with the Bavarian but also with the Tyrolean mountains
and were very happy
when we could finally start our project in 2015.

Welcome to the holiday apartment "Haus Haag".

We have furnished with a lot of heart and sense for beautiful holidays this small paradise for you. To keep it remaining beautiful for many years to come, we ask you to pay attention to the following house rules.

General rules

If you need our help or miss something in the apartment, you can always contact us, we will do our best to help you with words and deeds.

All inventory in the apartment may be used by you (exception: cabinets marked "private"). However, we ask you to take care of the furnishings and all inventory.

Please only wipe the floor with a damp cloth and, if necessary, immediately take up any mishaps when cooking/rinsing.

Animals are not allowed in the apartment.

Bicycles and ski equipment belong in the cellar - please ask separately for access.

Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.

Kitchen

We ask you to clean all the utensils, crockery, cutlery and pots you have used, clean and tidy back to their place, "Thank you!" says the kitchen.
Please always use baking paper for the oven.
Coasters, chopping boards & Co - They are happy to be used and to help keep the kitchen beautiful and attractive for a long time.

Living area

Street shoes are forbidden in the entire apartment.

Please place your street shoes either on the stairs and the mats provided or directly on top of the wardrobe. This is especially important in winter, as the wooden floor does not get along with the salt left on the street and ugly bruises appear.

Please be careful with the TV, if the wall mount should hook, please contact us.

If you want to use the fireplace, we will gladly give you an introduction on how to use it properly - please do not start on your own.

To avoid the formation of mould, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.

Damages

Of course, it can happen that something breaks. We would be pleased if you would inform us of the damage so that it can be repaired. The guest is liable for any damage caused by him or her.

Before your departure, we will review the apartment with you and, if necessary, record visible damage - the amount of damage will be deducted directly from the deposit.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed especially when leaving the house - it locks itself. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources should be used sparingly.  

Disposal

We also separate the garbage: residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Please use the appropriate garbage bags. Please help to avoid clogging and put food leftovers, filling and hygiene articles in the garbage - not in the drain.

Cleaning

If you should ever have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to eliminate it immediately. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used crockery back in the cupboards.

Quiet times

In the interests of good neighborliness, please observe the rest periods from 22:00 to 6:00.

Internet/WLAN

The WLAN is available to you free of charge.

Please understand, that we (must) protect ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part.

Smoker

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment. Please leave the apartment to smoke - smoking on the balcony is allowed.

Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette remains in the garbage can.

Parking facilities

It can be parked directly in front of the holiday flat/house, if you need another parking space please contact us.

Right of domicile

The landlord is entitled if necessary to enter the holiday apartment. Please take care of your valuables, we cannot assume any liability for the loss.

Door code

Please never give the code for the front door out of your hand. The door code must not be passed on to third parties.

Arrival and departure

Your check-in will be on prior arrangement - after 3pm.

On the day of departure we ask our guests to leave the apartment by 11.00 a.m. at the latest. At your departure, the apartment must be swept clean, including all inventory.
The final cleaning of the apartment must be carried out by the landlord. 

Other

The provided towels are exclusively for the use in the apartment. They may not be taken on excursions.

By booking the apartment you accept house rules as well as GTC.
